This role requires strong hands‑on machining skills, leadership ability, and proficiency with EspritCAM. The primary machines used for this role is the Mori NLX2500‑SY700. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and program CNC lathes using EspritCAM and G‑code Produce precision components and optimize machining processes Inspect parts to ensure accuracy Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Coordinate daily workflow and support machinists on the floor Work with engineering to improve designs and overall efficiency Qualifications Minimum 8 years of CNC machining experience with strong CNC lathe expertise Proficient in G‑code programming, CNC setup, and EspritCAM Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials Experience leading or mentoring machinists in a shop environment
