The CNC Machinist - Mills sets up and operates computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts per work order/drawing requirements in a safety-conscious and quality-focused manner. Pay Range $22.00 - $34.00 per hour (DOE), plus $1.00 2nd shift differential per hour, plus overtime. Monday-Friday 2nd shift 1:00pm - 9:30pm. Plus, quarterly bonuses paid. Responsibilities Load parts in the machine, cycle the machine, and detect malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Utilize hand tools to deburr, de-gate, or polish and package all production in accordance with the router steps and stamps off operations before moving to the next operation. Run production lots, communicate with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Qualifications High School degree (Preferred) 3+ CNC Machinist with an understanding of CNC Mills machines is required Benefits Certain states require pay information to be provided in job postings. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $45,760 to $77,792. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
