WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

Conventional Machinist, Manufacturing Pay Range $22.00

• $34.00 per hour (DOE), plus $1.00 2nd shift differential per hour plus Overtime. M-F 1:00pm
• 9:30pm.

Plus Quarterly Bonus's paid. The Conventional Machinist sets up and operates manual engine lathe machines to fabricate parts per work order/drawing requirements in a safety conscious and quality-focused manner. The role is accountable to load parts in the machine, cycle the machine and detect malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The Conventional Machinist utilizes hand tools to deburr, de-gate, or polish and package all production in accordance with the router steps and stamps off operations before moving to the next operation. The position runs productions lots, communicates with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

High School degree (Preferred) 3+ Previous work experience as a Conventional Machinist with an understanding of Manual Engine lathe machines.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $22.00 to $34.00 per hour, plus $1.00 2nd shift differential, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $45,760 to $77,792. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
