The ideal candidate will be able to independently set up and run parts on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and provide support to other machinists.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills.

Change and manage tooling for yourself and other machinists. Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards. Work independently while following direction from the Machine Shop Manager and second-shift programmer. Support and guide other machinists as needed.

Lathe experience is a plus.

Requirements:

Strong CNC milling setup and operating experience.

Experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines. Ability to change and manage tooling independently. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

INDLV Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
