  • We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of computer numerical control (CNC) machinery and mill operation. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our products and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines and milling machines to produce high-quality parts and materials Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately produce parts Perform regular maintenance on machinery, equipment and tools, and ensure their optimal working condition Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly and efficiently Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and overall product quality Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times Train junior machinists and operators, imparting valuable skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machines and milling machines Extensive knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time.
