Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mill-turn machines Work with live tooling, Y-axis, B-axis, and sub-spindles Transfer parts between main and secondary spindles Set tools, work offsets, fixtures, and workholding Read blueprints, setup sheets, and GD&T requirements Edit programs and optimize machining processes Perform first-article and in-process inspections Troubleshoot tooling, dimensional, and machine-related issues Maintain quality and production documentation Preferred Experience DMG Mori, Mazak Integrex, Okuma MULTUS, Nakamura-Tome, or similar equipment Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol, or Okuma controls Multi-spindle and multi-turret synchronization Aerospace machining and difficult materials Complete setup, prove-out, and troubleshooting experience
Schedule Monday-Friday:
12-hour shifts
Saturday:
