8-hour shifts; overtime available 1st: 5:00 AM
1:30 PM 2nd: 1:00 PM
9:30 PM 3rd: 9:00 PM
5:30 AM Why you'll love it Make parts that matter—every feature supports flight-ready assemblies Work with experienced peers in a supportive, production-driven environment Grow your skills across setups, inspection, and process control What you'll do Set up and operate vertical CNC equipment to produce components to specification Prepare machines based on the daily schedule and order priorities Perform routine maintenance: lubricate, clean, and inspect equipment Fine-tune tooling, offsets, and programs to meet exact tolerances Inspect completed parts to verify blueprint and dimensional conformity What you bring 3-6 years of production machine shop experience Strong blueprint reading and interpretation capabilities Hands-on skill with micrometers, calipers, and related gauges Quality-first mindset and consistent workmanship Clear written and verbal English; able to follow technical procedures Your impact You'll help ensure the reliability of aerospace latching assemblies by delivering precise, repeatable parts on time.
