In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. Your expertise in machining, fabrication, and equipment programming will ensure smooth production flows and adherence to safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Experience in the custom cabinetry industry Familiar with operating equipment such as CNC machines and edge banders Understands the production workflow of custom panel cabinets Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses within a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files accurately. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CAM programming, and CNC programming techniques. Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools confidently. Hands-on experience with factory tools such as hand tools, welding equipment, press brake machines, and fabrication tools. Knowledge of materials handling procedures and warehouse operations is preferred. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues effectively. Prior factory or manufacturing experience demonstrating reliability in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
