We are looking for a person who works safely, has strong problem-solving skills, is adaptable, and is willing to learn new tasks. Job Summary The Advanced Assembler / Machinist will be responsible for building complex mechanical components. The technician will assemble parts using various techniques and equipment. Assembly can consist of using electric drivers, working with epoxy, and solder. Assembly supports the production team to ensure high quality standards are met and production schedules are maintained. This position will switch between Advanced Assembly and machining depending on the workload. No machining experience required.
Machining can include:
  • Operating Haas and Doosan CNC mills to machine material to precise dimensions and tolerances.
  • Inspecting parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments and by working with the quality department.
  • Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate machining.
  • Prepare machines for production runs.
  • Track completed lots using a computer system. Primary Job Duties
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Maintain high quality standards.
  • Assemble complex mechanical components.
  • Use hand tools, and other equipment to assist in assembly.
  • Operate CNC machines when required.
  • Perform assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Provide feedback on area improvements. Benefits

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift with occasional overtime
Salary:
$23-26/hr. based on experience Quarterly bonus Deburring and Assembly technician requirements and qualifications
