CNC Machinist | Hiring Immediately Experienced CNC Machinists Wanted! We're hiring CNC Machinists to join a busy precision manufacturing team producing parts for the aerospace and defense industries. If you have hands-on experience setting up and/or operating CNC mills or lathes , we want to hear from you. You do not need experience with every machine or brand listed below to apply. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Machine precision parts to required specifications Load tools, adjust offsets, and set up workholding Read setup sheets, work instructions, and machining programs Inspect finished parts and verify dimensions Make basic machine adjustments to keep parts within tolerance Identify issues such as tool wear, dimensions, or surface finish Keep your work area clean and safe Work with your team to meet production goals What We're Looking For Previous hands-on CNC machining experience Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers CNC setup experience, including tooling, offsets, or workholding Ability to follow machining instructions and specifications Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Experience With Any of These Is a Plus You do NOT need experience with all of them to apply.
