Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule CNC operators, setup technicians, and machinists. Oversee production to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Support complex setups, first-article inspections, fixture design, and troubleshooting. Program, edit, and optimize CNC code using GibbsCAM. Verify compliance with blueprints, customer requirements, and GD&T standards. Enforce safety standards and oversee preventative machine maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

CNC machining experience, including horizontal/vertical mills and multi-axis lathes. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, precision measuring tools, and shop math. Experience machining alloy steels, aluminum, and cast iron castings. Ability to work on the shop floor and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
