The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and programming, with experience in operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications. Duties Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to fabricate parts according to specifications. Program CNC machines for efficient production runs. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of machining processes. Strong skills in blueprint reading and technical documentation. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
