Job Description

We are a manufacturing company seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precision machining operations on metal and plastic materials to produce parts that meet quality standards and customer delivery commitments. What You'll Do Operate CNC equipment including start-up procedures, daily maintenance, and machine operations Perform machining operations per traveler and work instructions to produce parts that meet specifications Verify parts comply with all quality requirements using company inspection techniques Read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing control plans Communicate or execute equipment adjustments to correct deviations in parts produced Support machine conversion processes per production schedule based on skill level Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality Engineers (MQE) to ensure programs meet quality and performance objectives Manage the operation of up to three machines simultaneously with some supervision Perform end-of-shift, end-of-job, and housekeeping duties Follow all safety policies including PPE requirements and hazardous/emergency procedures Understand material types, defect identification, sorting, and lot control procedures Support the quality management system and contribute to a team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Technical education in machining preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of basic shop math Ability to read and interpret drawings and written/oral instructions in English Strong hand dexterity and visual acuity Ability to stand for prolonged periods and occasionally push/exert force up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must Compensation $35,360 - $93,600 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
