Job Title:
CNC Swiss Machinist Job Description Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines, specifically the Tsugami brand, to produce medium to long-run medical parts. Proficiency in blueprint reading is crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines, focusing on the Tsugami brand. Produce medium to long-run medical parts with precision and quality. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production. Essential Skills At least 2 years of experience running CNC Swiss machines, preferably with Tsugami, but other brands such as Citizen and Star are also considered. A minimum of 6 months experience in performing basic setups, tool changes, and offsets. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience from companies like
RMS, RMS
Surgical, Donatelle, Heraeus, and Graco is advantageous. Why Work Here? Experience the benefit of daily overtime pay after 8 hours on a 12-hour shift, and further your education with up to $10,000 per year in tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment. Participate in the apprentice program to enhance your skills and potentially advance to the journeyman program, offering expert status and a higher pay grade. Work Environment Work in a very clean, medical environment that is a smaller, independently operating location of a larger company. The team-oriented atmosphere encourages collaboration and growth. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00
  • $104000.00/yr. If someone is interested in returning to school for machining
  • once someone has been employed for 6 months, after that company will reimburse up to $10,000 per year in tuition. Also
  • once someone has been there 6 months, they can apply for the apprentice program. The apprentice program is up to 2 years long, they learn all the different aspects of the shop
  • machining, machine setup, quality, finishing, and an exposure to programming and engineering.
At the end of 2 years, they can apply for the journeyman program, which essentially makes them one of the "experts" in the shop and would come with a higher pay grade.
