Full-Time Launch Your Career as a CNC Machinist Are you a recent graduate of a CNC Machining, Precision Manufacturing, Machine Tool Technology, or Manufacturing Technology program ? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain real-world experience with CNC mills, CNC machining centers, CNC setup, blueprint reading, and precision inspection ? We're looking for motivated Entry-Level CNC Machinists who are eager to learn from experienced machinists and build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing . This is more than a machine operator position—it's an opportunity to develop into a highly skilled CNC Setup Machinist, CNC Programmer, or 5-Axis Machinist while working on precision components for the aerospace, energy, and industrial manufacturing industries . What You'll Do Operate CNC machining centers while learning advanced machining techniques Assist with CNC machine setup, tooling changes, and machine adjustments Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Perform precision inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment Monitor machine performance and maintain strict quality standards Learn machining best practices from experienced CNC Machinists and Setup Technicians Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Build skills in CNC setup, machining processes, tooling, quality control, and precision manufacturing Qualifications Certificate, technical degree, or recent completion of a CNC Machining, Machine Tool Technology, Precision Manufacturing, or Manufacturing Technology program preferred Basic knowledge of CNC machining, CNC setup, G-code, tooling, and machining principles Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, or other precision measuring instruments Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Excellent attention to detail Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Our Team?
