• Skills/Qualifications:

• + 4+ years of CNC machining experience in an industrial setting + Proficiency in G & M code + Advanced blueprint interpretation and troubleshooting skills + Ability to collaborate in a team‑driven environment + Experience with ODI grinders, rigging, or crane operation + Familiarity with Mazatrol controls + Mastercam programming or editing experience + Strong manual machining experience + High school diploma or vocational certification •

• + Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed‑cell machines + Machine to tight tolerances of +/- .

0001 using precision measurement tools + Perform 3-4 changeovers per day in a fast‑paced, high‑mix environment + Operate manual lathes, mills, and surface grinders + Drill, tap, mill, and perform hands‑on machining on manual equipment + Adjust offsets and program CNC lathes, mills, and surface grinders + Select proper tooling, gauging, and machining strategies + Apply geometry and trigonometry to real‑world machining tasks + Support assembly rework and production needs as required + Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations

• Pay and Benefits
