Voluntary Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 3

• and 5-axis machines Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Perform tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program edits Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Maintain production documentation and quality records Follow safety procedures and support 5S initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment and G-code Ability to perform machine setups with minimal supervision Waterjet experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
