Join an AS9100-certified precision machining team in Longmont, CO, where your programming skills and process ownership directly shape hardware trusted across aerospace, defense, and beyond. This is a role built for a machinist who wants real autonomy, a voice in how the work gets done, and pride in every part that leaves the shop.

PTO starting day one, plus paid sick leave and paid parental leave Compensation $35-$45 per hour What You'll Be Doing Program, set up, and run 3/4/5-axis CNC mills using Mastercam to produce high-precision, production-ready parts
Optimize automation cells, fixtures, probing, and tool paths for efficient high-mix/low-volume runs
Own the process end to end: material selection, tooling, work holding, and in-process checks
Self-inspect parts using GD&T and document to AS9100 standards
Collaborate with a tight-knit team to troubleshoot tough features and keep jobs moving
Jump on a live-tooling lathe when the work calls for it What You'll Need to be Considered Be able to do the job as described.
