Full-Time We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision manufacturing team in Longmont. This role will support complex Defense and Aerospace projects and offers the opportunity to take ownership of jobs from cradle to grave. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex, close-tolerance components 5-axis programming experience is a plus Program from engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T, and technical specifications Support setup, prove-out, and production of new programs Troubleshoot programming and machining issues Collaborate with machinists and manufacturing teams to improve quality and efficiency Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, tooling, and machining processes Qualifications Previous experience as a CNC Programmer Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes Experience with 5-axis CNC programming preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Experience with tight-tolerance machining Ability to independently manage projects from programming through production Aerospace, Defense, or other high-precision manufacturing experience is a plus What We Offer $35-$45/hr , depending on experience Day shift Full-time, stable opportunity Work on advanced Defense and Aerospace projects Opportunity to take ownership of challenging, high-precision work If you're an experienced CNC Programmer looking for your next opportunity in Longmont, we'd like to hear from you! 720-716-5797, give me a call and let's get you scheduled for an interview!
