Gantry Mill, Horizontal Mill Machine Axis:

Must be able to run 3, 4, 5 axis mills

Measuring Equipment Types:

Must be able to use a

Micrometer, Dial Calipers, Vernier Calipers, Indicators, Dial Bore, Plug Gages, Thread Gages, Cadillac Gage, Height Gage Machine Set-Up:

Must be able to interpret setup instructions to indicate fixtures and use tooling balls to set fixtures and measure features.

Overtime:

Y/N Multi-Manning:

Must be able to run multiple machines when needed. Must be able to set tooling and adjust offsets as needed. Must be familiar with tolerances down to +/- .0005. Must be familiar with Renishaw probing and touch setters. Must have experience with the following materials:

Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Stainless, Aluminum Years of Experience:

3 + years in Aerospace Shop, must be able to read GDT Symbols, must be able to read Operation Sheets(B/P's)
