Job Description

Job description: The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision aerospace components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience working with tight tolerances, aerospace materials, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions. Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed. Follow AS9100 quality requirements and company procedures. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and housekeeping requirements. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. Qualifications 1+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers. Proficiency using precision inspection equipment. Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, feeds, and speeds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent.
