Job Description

Set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling equipment to produce close-tolerance components from metals and plastics. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience. CNC milling experience. Experience setting up and operating CNC machines. Experience with G-code and M-code programming. Experience detecting tool wear and making offset adjustments. Experience deburring machined components. Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications. Experience machining a variety of metals and plastics to close tolerances. Preferred Skills Experience with
HAAS CNC
equipment. Experience with multi-axis CNC machining. Experience developing or modifying CNC programs. Experience selecting machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters. Experience with precision inspection and dimensional verification. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling equipment. Program and modify CNC machines using G-code and M-code. Interpret engineering specifications, blueprints, and sketches. Determine machining processes, tooling, and programming requirements. Monitor cutting tools for wear and make offset adjustments as required. Deburr completed machined components. Machine metal and plastic components to specified tolerances. Inspect completed parts for dimensional compliance. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues. Adjust machine settings and programs to maintain production specifications.
