Job Description

Set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling equipment to produce close-tolerance components from metals and plastics. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience. CNC milling experience. Experience setting up and operating CNC machines. Experience with G-code and M-code programming. Experience detecting tool wear and making offset adjustments. Experience deburring machined parts. Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications. Experience machining metals and plastics to close tolerances. Preferred Skills Experience with

HAAS CNC

equipment. Experience with multi-axis CNC machining. Experience creating or modifying CNC programs. Experience selecting tooling and machining processes. Experience with precision inspection and dimensional verification. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling equipment. Program and modify CNC equipment using G-code and M-code. Interpret engineering specifications, blueprints, and sketches. Determine machining processes, tooling, and programming requirements. Monitor tooling for wear and make offset changes as needed. Deburr completed machined components. Machine metal and plastic parts to specified tolerances. Inspect finished parts for dimensional compliance. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues. Adjust machine settings and programs to maintain production requirements.
