TTI Machine is a family-owned precision machine shop specializing in repair work, custom machining, and heavy industrial components. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on machinist to join our team. Responsibilities Set up and operate manual lathes , mills , boring mills , and VTLs Perform general and complex repair machining Work from engineering drawings , sketches, or sample parts Complete one-off and short-run job shop work Maintain accuracy, quality, and safe work practices Preferred Skills Experience in a job shop environment Strong understanding of machining fundamentals Ability to work independently and problem-solve Knowledge of repair work, weld prep, machining worn parts, etc. Requirements Proven experience as a machinist Must pass a background check Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Dependable, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced shop Pay & Benefits Pay is dependent on experience Opportunities for overtime Family-oriented workplace with long-term stability
