Someone willing to learn new things and takes pride in their work.

Position Summary:

Qualifications:

Read and understand technical drawings and schematics to guide production. Knowledge of how to set up, operate, and maintain lathes and milling machines to produce parts. Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet exact specifications, tolerances, and surface finishes. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines to ensure operational efficiency. Work with engineers and other team members to improve processes and product quality. Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Physical requirements:

This position requires bending, lifting, carrying, kneeling, standing, and walking. Also, you must be able to lift 70lbs + when needed.

Requirements:
