ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Programming of 4 axis mills with some knowledge of lathes. Must be able to set-up and operate machines independently. Capable of selecting proper tooling and associatedspeeds/feeds Write CNC Mill programs with Gibbs Cam or Fusion along with full knowledge of G and M Codes Must be able to inspect own parts using basic measuring tools. Be able to machine an entire part from a print, to +/- .0005" tolerances Well-organized and possess excellent communication skills. Take pride in workmanship and possess a positive team-oriented attitude. Fanuc controller knowledge preferred. Knowledge of all deburring tools — both machine and hand. Ability to inspect high precision parts.
