• What You'll Do
• + Lead and coordinate daily operations for a
• skilled 2nd‑shift team
• + •Train, mentor, and support machinists to uphold quality, safety, and production standards•+ •Operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes, mills, and Swiss machines•as needed + Review production schedules and efficiently allocate labor and machine resources + Ensure full compliance with •medical (ISO/FDA)•and •aerospace (AS9100)•standards + Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to quickly resolve technical and process issues •What We're Looking For•Essential Skills•+ Strong hands‑on experience with •Lathe, Mill, and Swiss machining•+ •Proven leadership or lead‑level experience in a machining environment•+ •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T•+ •Experience working with tight tolerances in regulated manufacturing environments•Preferred Experience•+ CNC programming and troubleshooting + Familiarity with •
