Job Description
CNC Machine Operators Join a growing manufacturing team producing high-precision parts. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are preferred, as well as experience with mills, lathes, blueprints, and precision measuring tools. Great opportunity to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify precise dimensions and tolerances Inspect parts throughout production to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine machine checks and maintain a safe, clean work area Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Preferred Experience CNC machining or machine operator experience Experience with mills and lathes Blueprint reading Precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Manufacturing or machining environment experience Training Training is available for mechanically inclined candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
