This position requires strong blueprint reading skills, experience with precision measuring tools, and a commitment to producing quality parts while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading fixtures, programs, and parts. Change tools, touch off tools, inspect and replace inserts, and adjust tool offsets as needed. Review manufacturing drawings and verify product specifications. Utilize measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment to inspect finished products. Complete production documentation and required paperwork accurately and on time. Participate in daily preventive maintenance and machine cleaning schedules. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to support a zero-harm workplace culture. Maintain quality standards while meeting production requirements. Required Skills Must have reliable transportation. Minimum of 1 year of CNC machine operation experience. Minimum of 1 year of blueprint reading experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience using calipers and micrometers. Ability to perform accurate measurements and inspections. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to train on 1st shift and transition to the night shift after training. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Exposure to moving machinery and manufacturing equipment. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
