Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description Summary Join a precision manufacturing environment producing tight-tolerance components and gears for demanding applications. This CNC Milling Machinist will set up and operate CNC mills to produce parts to exact specifications. The role requires strong CNC milling, blueprint reading, and precision machining experience. What You'll Be Doing Set up and operate CNC milling machines. Machine precision components and gears. Read blueprints, drawings, and CAD models. Adjust tooling and machine settings. Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot machining and quality issues. Perform basic CNC equipment maintenance. Follow AS9100 quality requirements. What You'll Need Hands-on CNC milling experience. Strong CNC mill setup and operation skills. Experience machining tight-tolerance parts. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of precision measurement and inspection. Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred. Gear manufacturing experience preferred. GD&T knowledge preferred.
