- 26 per hour dependent upon experience.
CNC Machinist II:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
- Perform job setup, tool nose/diameter compensation, offsets, and troubleshooting.
- Calculate speeds and feeds and select appropriate cutting tools.
- Plan efficient machining sequences and material removal processes.
- Produce quality precision-machined parts while meeting production requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas.
- Work effectively with Production and Quality teams.

CNC Machinist II:
- Must be able to understand G and M codes
- Must be able to set up a mill or lathe.
- Must understand and able to use quality inspection equipment, micrometers, height gage, calipers, and CMM.
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience required.
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience in milling or turning preferred.
- Metal machining experience required.
- Strong knowledge of work-holding, quality inspection, and modern manufacturing technologies.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, coatings, feeds, and speeds.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
