Company Overview Adecco is assisting a premier manufacturer in Lafayette, IN. We are seeking an experienced 2nd shift CNC Machinist to join their production team in a fast-paced, cutting-edge manufacturing environment. Position Summary As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-precision parts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the manufacturing processes meet rigorous quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Set up, take down, and safely operate CNC machinery to manufacture critical components.

Blueprint Technicalities:

Interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine exact machining dimensions and tolerances.

Maintenance & Quality:

Inspect finished parts to guarantee absolute compliance with design standards and monitor machine performance performing adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance as necessary..

Workflow Efficiency:

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule Hourly Rate:

$26.00 to $29.00 per hour , highly competitive and commensurate with your level of experience.

Shift Hours:

2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM . Work Overtime as required.

Pay:

$26.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
