Cnc Setup Machinist

Description

• Can expect to be operating both high volume runs and custom parts:
• Will be operating both 4 and 5 axis mills
• Mazak's
• Will need to know how to read print
• Blueprints for more complex positions, the candidate will be given a print and have to set up tooling, jaws, etc.
• Will need to be able to set up the machine and likely do 1-3 set ups per shift
• Can expect to use quality tools to 1st piece inspection on parts (mics, no go's, etc)
• Making adjustments to CNC machinery and touch off tooling
• Use of G&M code
• Using quality instruments to ensure parts meet client specifications
• will be making parts that have runs of roughly 40-50 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mishawaka, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
• $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
