Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and precision metal parts, is seeking a Machinist to join their team. As a Machinist, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Level II•$28-30/hour or Level III•$31-35/hour
Shift:
6am•3:30pm What's the Job? Operate machine tools such as saws, lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts. Review blueprints or specifications to ensure accurate production. Calculate cutting or boring positions using measuring devices. Monitor and control feed rate and speed for precision manufacturing. Maintain safety standards and proper use of protective equipment. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of Machinist or Mechanical Assembler experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tapes. Knowledge of machine operation, setup, and maintenance.
