The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Milling machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of programming, machining processes, and quality control standards. The CNC Machinist will work with various materials, including plastics, and utilize advanced tools and technology to ensure high-quality production. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models. Program CNC machines using Fanuc, Fadal or similar systems to create precise components. Utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy in production. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Assemble parts as needed and ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Experience A Minimum of 3 years experience, setting up and running CNC Milling machines required.
