Well, Cotter Machine is looking for Mature, Responsible, Mechanically inclined and Reliable Individuals with the capacity to learn. Candidates must have previous Vocational training in Metal trades or Manufacturing workforce experience and have a High School Diploma. Experience is not necessary. We will train. Candidates must have reliable transportation, and be able to stand for the entire length of their shift. CNC State Apprentice Program consideration after a 6 month minimum trial period. Salary to start is \$21.00 per hour. Work week is 40 hours plus

Overtime:

M-Th. 6 am -4:30 pm and Friday 6 am - 12 pm.
