Job Description

CNC Machinist About the Role We're looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team and help produce high-quality parts using our CNC equipment. This role is a great fit for someone with hands-on machining experience who is comfortable operating and setting up CNC machines. You don't need to be a programming expert — we're more interested in your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or similar equipment) to produce parts according to specifications Load and unload materials, tools, and fixtures Monitor machine operation during production runs and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or work orders Troubleshoot minor issues that come up during production Work with existing programs and make simple adjustments when needed (no need to write programs from scratch) Collaborate with team members and supervisors to keep production on schedule What We're Looking For Experience working with CNC machines or a strong mechanical background Ability to read basic technical drawings or blueprints Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs Nice to Have (Not Required) Familiarity with CAD/CAM software Experience with G-code or manual programming Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
