Deburrer Job Description As a Deburrer, you will be seated, using hand tools to deburr and clean off bumps and metals from small aerospace parts. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as you will closely examine parts throughout the entire shift. The work is highly repetitive and demands precision and fine motor skills. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools to deburr and clean aerospace parts. Inspect parts closely to ensure quality and precision. Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy. Maintain high standards of work quality and attention to detail. Essential Skills Proficiency in deburring, polishing, and grinding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in sewing, quality inspection, and soldering. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production environments. Ability to perform repetitive work with high quality. Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Benton Harbor, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
