Requirements:

10 years minimum manufacturing experience 7+ years set-up experience Read M and G code (making adjustments as needed) Advanced understanding of feeds, speeds and depth of cuts Blueprint Reading (can layout critical dimensions on your own) Advanced ability boring jaws and collets (work holding is crucial) First piece run-off and monitor quality Owns tooling (micrometers, calipers, indicators and wrenches)
