CNC / WIRE EDM MACHINIST POSITION DETAILS

We are looking for a dependable Level /2 CNC Machinist with solid hands on machining experience. This position is a good fit for someone with CNC or Wire EDM experience who understands machining fundamentals, can read blueprints, work with precision measuring tools, and produce quality parts. RESPONSIBILITIESSet up and operate CNC / Wire EDM machinesRun parts independentlyRead and interpret blueprintsMake basic offsets and machine adjustmentsWork with tight tolerance partsUse micrometers, calipers, pins, gauges, and other precision measuring toolsPerform quality inspectionsFollow work instructions and production requirementsMaintain quality and production standards

QUALIFICATIONSCNC

Mill or Wire EDM machining experienceLevel 1 Machinist experienceMachine set up experienceStrong blueprint reading skillsExperience using precision measuring toolsUnderstanding of basic offsets and adjustmentsExperience working with tight tolerancesGood understanding of quality inspectionsStrong work ethicDependable and reliableGood stable work historyGood personality and attitudeAbility to work independentlyProgramming experience is not required
