Job Description

CNC Mill Machinist Day Shift - M-F 40-45 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Set up fixtures, vises, and tooling for Fadal and Doosan (DN Solutions) vertical machining centers. Perform manual data input (MDI) and make minor edits to G-code to optimize cutting speeds and feed. Inspect first-piece and in-process parts using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to maintain compliance with blueprints and GD&T specifications. Follow part flow process from design to finished part. Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools.
Qualifications:
5+ years of related CNC mill experience in a non-production environment. Experience with Fadal either Doosan (DN solutions) vertical mills. Experience with Fadal and FANUC controls. Ability to perform G&M Code edits. Strong understanding of machining principles, blueprint reading, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T). Proficient use of inspection tools (mics, calipers, gauges, etc.). Must have own tools. Mastercam and Tebis programming is a plus but not required.
