Turret Operator

Data Metalcraft is looking to add a Turret Operator to grow with our team! Data Metalcraft is a manufacturer of formed sheet metal and welded cabinets used in fiber communications, power grids, and industrial products. Our products utilize a broad range of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel. Available Shifts 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Job duties: Running an Amada EMK2 Turret Operate turret machines to punch holes or layouts on sheet metal. Making adjustments and alignments on the machines to make proper punches Follow charts and instructions that list machine settings to each cut Set-up and operate turret punch press carefully Use of hand tools such as hammer, shims, feelers, micrometers, calipers, D.A.s, grinders, and setscrews Reading and interpreting blueprints and applying knowledge of shop mathematics Qualifications

• Previous turret operation experience, 1-3 years minimum
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic computer and math knowledge
