Stay current with relevant manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical knowledge.
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and production quality.
Required QualificationsPrevious experience working as a CNC Machinist.
Ability to program CNC machinery.
Strong mechanical knowledge.
Understanding of mathematics, including practical application of geometry and related calculations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic to strong computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
Strong communication skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Must be willing to work on-site in Chatfield, MN.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with welding.
Experience with drafting or interpreting technical drawings.
Experience troubleshooting CNC programs and machinery.
Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes and inspection procedures.
