The Opportunity We're expanding our machining operations and are seeking experienced CNC Machinists/Setup Technicians to join our second-shift team. We are hiring machinists with experience operating either: 3-Axis Haas Vertical Mills, or Large-Format SNK Bridge Aerospace Mills with Fanuc Controls This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and producing precision-machined components. Successful candidates will have opportunities to mentor others, support continuous improvement efforts, and grow into future leadership roles. Schedule Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (4 x 10-hour schedule) Three-day weekends every week $2.00/hour Shift Differential Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling equipment safely and efficiently Perform multiple machine setups and changeovers as production demands require Edit CNC programs and make necessary machine offsets and adjustments Utilize probing systems and inspection equipment to ensure machining accuracy Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring tools Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues Select proper tooling, feeds, and speeds for aluminum, steel, and other materials Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet print specifications and tolerances Work closely with production, engineering, and inventory teams to support manufacturing schedules Assist with training and mentoring less-experienced machinists Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Preferred Experience Includes One or More of the

Following:
