) Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining centers, turning centers, mills, lathes, and metal fabrication machinery. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to ensure precise tolerances. Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages) per ISO quality standards. Conduct tool changes, minor offsets, G-code adjustments, and routine preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean, safe shop environment and assist with daily inventory cycle counts.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience/Education:

Machinist Technical Degree/Certification OR 2-4 years of experience operating CNC equipment or metal fabrication machinery.

Blueprint Reading:

Ability to comprehend blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions in English.

Math & Measuring:

Solid shop math skills (fractions, decimals, geometry) and proficiency with precision measuring instruments.

Tech Skills:

Basic computer experience, including ERP system navigation and MS Office.

Quality & Safety:

Familiarity with ISO-certified manufacturing environments and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
