Role Summary Our cutting-edge production centers in Minneapolis and White Bear Lake, MN, 55443, are looking for a talented Mazak CNC Machinist to join us in a permanent capacity. We are eager to connect with professionals who possess a deep enthusiasm for precision manufacturing and expertise in running Mazak CNC equipment. Core Duties Configure and run Mazak CNC equipment to manufacture top-tier parts. Analyze technical schematics, blueprints, and project requirements. Oversee equipment cycles and perform necessary tweaks to maximize output efficiency. Conduct standard upkeep and resolve technical issues on CNC machinery. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and orderly. Work alongside colleagues to ensure production targets and timeframes are achieved. Record manufacturing workflows and keep precise logs of all activities. Required Skills and Experience Demonstrated background in CNC machining, with a focus on Mazak systems. Solid grasp of G-code and CNC programming logic. Proficiency in deciphering complex technical diagrams and blueprints. Experience utilizing various precision measurement instruments. Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for minute details. Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group. Completion of high school or a GED, with vocational credentials viewed favorably.
