This is where you'll excel Produce a quality product in an efficient manner Accurately translate blueprints to manufacture parts Follow all work orders and travelers that the company will provide Follow all quality standards that are set by the company Follow all safety rules Maintain a clean, organized, and debris free work area Accurately preform setups in the CNC machines on their own Practice lean manufacturing skills in all areas of the shop Maintain a positive attitude and strive for continual improvement Reduce manufacturing costs when possible Remain proactive at all time Master Cam knowledge or willing to learn Basic ability to read and program using G & M codes at the controller Ability to make their own fixturing and vise jaws Willing to train other team members These are the skills you'll need Produce a quality product in an efficient manner Accurately translate blueprints to manufacture parts Follow all work orders and travelers that the company will provide Follow all quality standards that are set by the company Follow all safety rules Maintain a clean, organized, and debris free work area Accurately preform setups in the CNC machines on their own Practice lean manufacturing skills in all areas of the shop Maintain a positive attitude and strive for continual improvement Reduce manufacturing costs when possible Remain proactive at all time Master Cam knowledge or willing to learn Basic ability to read and program using G & M codes at the controller Ability to make their own fixturing and vise jaws Willing to train other team members This is what you will earn The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00
