Opportunity:

This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and making programming adjustments on CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality precision-machined parts. The ideal candidate will have strong machining knowledge, the ability to read blueprints, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

setup and operate CNC mills and lathes.
Perform machine changeovers and tooling setups.
Edit and Set make minor programming adjustments at the machine.
Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators.
Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections. What makes you a great fit:
3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
Experience setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
Ability to make minor program edits and offsets.
Strong blueprint reading skills.
