Set-up, troubleshoot and maintain production on CNC Mills. Machine parts to required tolerances and complete machine set-ups efficiently. • Perform set-ups on 5-Axis Matsuura and Okuma milling machines.
• Provide some technical support to mill operators.
• Produce production parts.
• Maintain close tolerances on precise parts.
• Interpret prints and specifications
• Inspect and record results to ensure product is within specification.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area. Qualifications
• Be able to communicate effectively.
• Be able to understand and follow standards, protocols, and procedures without excessive instruction.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Be able to cooperate with all co-workers and staff.
• Be mechanically inclined.
• Be able to work overtime on Fridays as needed.
• Under limited supervision, must be able to do first-time-run-through of programs ensure proper documentation and setup information for repeat runs.
• Experience with common measurement tools (Micrometers, calipers, vision systems)
• Experience with CNC Mills.

Language English Education High School or Equivalent Experience Experience setting up CNC Mills (Required)

$33.00 - $48.00 per hour
