Job Title:

Grinder/Shop Labor  Job Description Work closely and assist the 1st shift laser operator with production. Duties may include grinding, heavy lifting, sanding, loading parts, grabbing material, deburring, and other typical shop duties. Responsibilities Assist the 1st shift laser operator with production tasks. Perform grinding, sanding, and deburring as required. Load and unload parts and materials. Perform heavy lifting and general shop duties. Essential Skills General labor experience Experience in a fabrication or shop environment (3-6 months preferred) Proficiency with power tools Ability to perform grinding and deburring tasks Additional Skills & Qualifications Quick learner Good attendance record Previous grinding experience is a plus Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
